What’s the difference between an infrared sauna and a traditional Sauna?
The main difference is how they produce heat. Infrared saunas use heating elements such as carbon fiber or quartz heaters to deliver radiant heat, while traditional saunas use a sauna heater to warm the air and sauna stones, creating a higher-temperature sauna environment. Uniconfort offers both infrared and traditional saunas, so you can choose based on your temperature preference, installation conditions, number of users, and intended application.
How hot can an infrared Sauna get?
Temperature settings vary across Uniconfort infrared sauna models. Many models offer an adjustable range of approximately 25–66°C, with a maximum setting of up to 66°C. The actual operating temperature can vary depending on the model, ambient temperature, cabin size, and heating configuration.Refer to the specifications and operating instructions for the selected model for exact temperature settings.
What is the maintenance for a sauna?
There is no need for special maintenance. You just need to clean out your sauna on a regular basis after using it for a period of time. If you don’t use it for a long time, you need to cover your sauna with dust cover (if any) and unplug the power.
How often can I use a sauna? How long does a sauna session take?
We suggest 1-2 times a week, and you can adjust the times according to your preference. It is not recommended to use the sauna when you feel uncomfortable. We suggest you use the sauna for an hour each time.
